Care Instructions
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in color and appearance are normal and do not affect product quality. Please follow all usage instructions. Velorah North is not responsible for misuse of its products.
Candles
Instructions

Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burn.

If the candle has a dust cover, remove it before burning.
-
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn.

Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time.
-
Stop use when approx 1/2" of wax remains.

Keep the wax free of debris.
-
Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting, moving, or closing lid.
Warnings

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Burn within sight and away from children and pets.
-
Keep away from flammable materials, drafts, fans, curtains, etc.

Burn only on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
-
Do not move a burning candle or handle the container while hot.

Failure to follow instructions may result in fire, injury, or property damage.
Wax Melts
Instructions

Place one or two wax melt pieces into an approved wax warmer.
-
Use only in electric warmers or tea light warmers designed for wax melts.
-
Replace wax when fragrance has dissipated.
Warnings

Do not add water.

Do not melt on the stovetop or in a microwave.
-
Never leave a warmer unattended while in use.
-
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
-
Do not touch melted wax until it has cooled.

Use only in well-ventilated areas.
Room & Linen Sprays
Instructions

Shake gently before each use.
-
Spray into the air to freshen a room.
-
To use on linens, hold 8" away from the fabric, and apply a light mist. Allow to air dry. Avoid saturating the material. Test a small, inconspicuous area first to avoid stains or damage.

Do not spray directly onto skin.

Avoid using on leather, finished wood, or delicate fabrics.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not ingest.

Keep away from heat sources.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Diffusers
Instructions

Remove the lid and insert reeds into the bottle.
-
Allow reeds to absorb fragrance for several hours, then flip them.
-
Flip reeds every 1–2 weeks or as desired to refresh the scent.

Place on a stable surface.
Warnings

Do not ingest.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, furniture, and finished surfaces.

Keep away from children and pets.
-
Keep away from flames and heat.
-
Clean spills immediately, as fragrance oils may damage wood, painted, or porous surfaces.

Wash hands after handling reeds.
Roller Perfumes
Instructions

Roll onto pulse points such as wrists, neck, or behind the ears.
-
Allow fragrance to absorb naturally.
-
Reapply as desired.
Warnings

For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.
